WUBOOMTU is a way of running an organization. It keeps the strength an Afrikan community already has, and adds individual ownership, direct truth and verified results.
It will run on your Ubuntu machine. What it runs is the organization.
The We is Afrika’s strength. Organizations also need the I.
In Afrika the We comes first: I am because we are. It is the source of the loyalty, resilience and shared responsibility that hold communities together.
Inside an organization, the same strength can leave the individual unnamed: who owns the result, whose excellence is recognized, who decides. When an operating system carries only the We, a performance gap opens between what a team intends and what it delivers.
Imported management tries to close that gap by force, running the I against the We. WUBOOMTU closes it by completion: it takes codes Afrika already lives by and completes them into full programs an enterprise can adopt, so the individual comes forward without the community stepping back.
The balance of the We and the I is one of the most under-leveraged keys in Afrikan organizations. WUBOOMTU is built to turn it.

WUBOOMTU is built on the same 6+1 geometry as XARXOS, the operating system above it. Each core code syncs with one XARXOS layer, and the seventh code governs all six.

WUBOOMTU is not waiting for a launch day to begin. WAYOBE runs the beta now: the codes are practised in its day-to-day operations, and every decision, handover and result is how the system gets built.
WAYOBE is the first island of WUBOOMTU operation. Outside organizations join next, through the first cohort. The case for the codes will be made by demonstration.
