Named after that idea, it runs computers all over the world. It is open, dependable, and it gets out of the way so the work can happen.
The name is the transmission.
WUBOOMTU is a way of running an organization. It keeps the strength an Afrikan community already has, and adds what a modern enterprise needs to grow: clear individual ownership, direct truth, and results that can be checked.
It will run on your machines, but the thing it runs is the organization: how people decide, own and deliver.
It does not ask an Afrikan team to behave like a head office somewhere else. It starts from how the team already works.
Plain rules for everyday decisions, each one joining a communal strength with an individual one, so neither is lost.
Each code bridges something communities do well with something enterprises need. Together they are WUBOOMTU 2.0.

They are not competitors. XARXOS is the founder's layer; WUBOOMTU is the Afrika-native layer beneath it, built by WAYOBE in Accra, with energy from its sister venture SUNOBE.
The codes are written and a working demo exists. No organization runs WUBOOMTU yet.
